ad Welcome back to another episode of Dump Dinners, where I’m showing you just how easy it can be to host a Sunday dinner, thanks to . Would love for you to let me know if you are trying this one..?

I’m using the Ninja CRISPi DualZone Glass Air Fryer, which gives me enough space to cook a full roast for the family, without having the oven on for hours. Here’s exactly what I did.

This served 5:

1kg potatoes, cut into ‘small’ wedges
4–5 carrots, cut into large chunks
4–5 broccoli florets, cut smaller
1 bulb of garlic cloves, left in skins and lightly crushed
3–4 handfuls frozen peas
5 frozen Yorkshire puddings
4 chicken breasts, sliced open
Streaky bacon
Stuffing mixture
Fresh rosemary
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Gravy, to serve

Add the potatoes and carrots to both sides of air fryer with a drizzle of olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Cook at 190°C for 25-30 minutes.

Give everything a mix, then add the garlic and rosemary and layer the broccoli over the top. Stuff each chicken breast with the stuffing mixture, wrap in streaky bacon and place on top of the broccoli.

Cook at 190°C for another 20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked through.

Add the frozen peas and Yorkshire puddings and cook for a final 2 minutes, or until everything is piping hot and the Yorkshires are cooked to your liking.

Serve it all up with plenty of gravy and Sunday dinner is DONE. That’s my kind of Sunday Dump Dinner.
