As I’ve not really done this before, I thought I’d introduce myself to you all and to allow my new followers to find out more about who’s behind it all🏁📸✨

Hey, I’m Kat — the person behind the camera 📸
I got into motorsport when I was a young age, going to Knockhill in Scotland for BTCC and many other races. Since then I’ve grown up around a race track and it also helps with my dad being a motorsport mechanic and from that moment, I was hooked! I’m still a girly girl who loves to dress up and go out with friends but I’m also a girl who loves the smell of engine fumes and burning rubber!

When I lived up in Scotland I only really travelled to Knockhill to watch racing, whereas now I’ve been so many different tracks around the UK throughout the years, even venturing to Zandvoort for media work last year.

As some of you know, I started my page back in 2022/2023 as “motorsport.media.graphics” because I was creating eye catching graphics for a variety of different drivers for them to post to interact with their followers about how they got on during a race weekend. Since June 2025, I have been not only still creating graphics but also some instagram reels for drivers as well as learning a new skill of photography!

What started as just loving the sport turned into wanting to capture it — the speed, the pressure, the emotion, and the moments you don’t see on TV. Now I’m usually trackside chasing those details: the build-up before the race, the chaos after, and everything in between.

This page is my perspective of motorsport — raw, loud, and real.

🎄🏎️Merry Christmas from Fast Lane Media 🎄🏎️

After my first year properly using a camera capturing some of you on and off track it’s been a great turn out! It’s been amazing to travel around the UK to a range of different style tracks and even venture out to Zandvoort for a weekend!

The support and engagement throughout the year has been great and I’m so grateful for everyone’s support in watching me grow in a new business adventure.

This is only the start and fair to say 2026 is looking to be another great year behind the lens. It’s going to be full of new/current tracks as well as more content from cars, bikes and even some karting! Hopefully I get to travel more in the new year also🤷🏽‍♀️Will just have to wait and see…

Thank you all for being part of my journey and I look forward to the new year to showing you all some more photos and content that I can capture.

The first weekend back is at Whilton Mill Karting Circuit on the 3rd/4th January for the Winter Cup. Hope to see some of you there!
