Almost a week in Ecuador, La Pacha •Casa de Saberes• learning so much already about sustainable living 😍.
Yesterday we spent hours in the forest harvesting wood to make a Temazcal.
My hands are blistered and I’m covered in mosquito bites but I LOVED it 🥰

I haven’t taken many photos - mostly videos because I love them for memories 🥰. If anyone is interested I’m going to be sharing my journey on YouTube 🩵

Please be aware it’s 90 minutes so make sure you have things to keep you warm and comfortable 🤗

*Please arrive between 4:15 and 4:20pm to get settled before we start*
we will finish for 6pm

What to expect:
You’ll be lying down for this session
Wear something comfy and warm
We will start with a guided meditation and breathing to help you relax and then you will be enveloped in the beautiful sounds of my Crystal bowls while you rest 🥰

What to bring:
• Yourself
• Yoga mat if you have one or something more comfortable to lie on (it’s 90 minutes).
• Pillows or cushions (for under your head and it may be nice to have under your knees too)
• Blanket / cover to keep you warm
• Eye mask / something to cover your eyes
• Water
