Hello from Penn Peculiar Our first post!
We are 💯 into everything paranormal but also 100% novices at investigating supposedly haunted sites, so we went on our first (but most certainly not our last) field trip.
You may even recognise where we are. We’re hoping to share our audio recordings later on this year.
We definitely experienced some pretty unusual phenomena here.

Definitely paws 🐾 for thought…. (terrible pun for which I don’t apologise). There are so many big black dog stories that keep popping up in our history and folklore, like Black Shuck for example; but also people who have experienced depression talk about walking with the black dog. That feeling of having something just there, by your side, that you cannot fully control. It’s fascinating! Maybe we’re just seeing an existential creation of people’s inner emotions or maybe there’s a spirit hound just trying to find its owner?
