*Follow your Dreams*

In October 2015 I had a CRAZY dream about cycling to Chamonix in the French Alps 🇫🇷 from South Wales 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

By May 2016 I was doing it 🚲

I had no business cycling 767 miles on a knackered old mountain bike at the age of 40ish with a poor level of fitness and paper maps to find my way 🤪

But I achieved the dream even though it was one of the hardest things I've EVER done in my life 😳

Today I returned to Chamonix and felt a huge sense of pride that 9 years ago I cycled all the way there 😊

So my message to you is....whatever crazy dream you have, give yourself permission to do it - you'll be amazed at what you're truly capable of 🙌
