🇵🇹 We’re off to Portugal today… but not just for a holiday! My amazing daughter .grace.greatbritain is competing for Great Britain at the 🏃‍♀️🇬🇧 and I couldn’t be prouder 🥰

As a social media manager, I’m always telling clients to share their stories. The real, human ones that show where their passion, drive and purpose comes from. So, that’s exactly what I will be doing this week!

Behind every brand is a person with a life outside the grid and the news feed.

If you need help bringing your story to life (without it feeling forced or filtered) you know where I am… just maybe not this week 😂

Stopped at an amazing independent coffee shop yesterday on my own and took about 97 photos in the hope of getting one usable picture! And honestly I felt very aware of every single person around me and how they must think I look a right pillock 🫣

But here’s the thing… the slightly awkward to capture, very human moments are the ones that make content actually connect. People want to see the faces, places and experiences behind your brand.

If you’ve ever considered abandoning ship because your hair’s frizzy, your coffee’s gone cold and you think you’re being judged 🫠 I see you…you’re not a weirdo and no one really cares 😂 Keep going 📸☕️

A bit more of a personal post today but I am absolutely bursting with pride for my beautiful, strong, talented daughter .grace.greatbritain and I just had to share ❤️

2nd place today at the Female Youth Rookies Pro Wave on a course you’ve never ran and with obstacles you’ve never been able to train on and you killed it!

Your determination and work ethic is something to be admired and I cannot wait to see you compete in the representing Great Britain this year, you are just absolutely smashing life!

Well done beautiful girl 🫶

In a big world of towering brands and viral trends, it is so incredibly easy to feel small and insignificant by comparison. That imposter syndrome and self doubt can be strong in us all. But we all have to remember our expertise, voice and story matter. Show up consistently and you’ll shine brighter than you think.✨

Yesterday was a very stressful day…

It involved:

🐈‍⬛ An abnormally large cat
🌳Me scaling 16ft of tree
⛑️A rescue mission
🌊And a dramatic river jump

And yet somehow I found it oddly relatable to social media management 🤨

Today we celebrate the incredible women who inspire us… past, present and future. When I look at my daughters, I see the next generation of strong, kind and fearless women ready to take on the world 💪🌍

They inspire me to push harder every day to show them that success comes with passion, resilience and self-belief.

May we continue to break barriers, challenge the norms and lift each other up. Here’s to the women making history today and the little women who will shape tomorrow 🫶
