Don't panic. I used a palm router to cut out my hinges on the door. Then using my chisel to finish off the hinge cut making it nice a tight to fit the chrome hinges. I don't use a hinge jig. I just use the palm router guide and free hand it. Let me know in the comments your preferred method of cutting your door hinges. All these doors and hinges were supplied by . Where do you buy your doors and ironmongery from.

Splicing in door frames to remove old lock plates. Using new timber and gluing them in with Hippo wood adhesive from .filltite.tembe. this glue is really strong. For interior and exterior use and is water proof. Quick drying and super strong bonding glue. Highly recommended.

Using my palm router to cut in hinges into a internal door. At the customers request they wanted 3 inch hinges. Hinges upgraded to rollerball hinges to cope with the weight.
I wasn't happy but the customers always right. Right or wrong. Ive explained my thoughts so we leave it there.

Fitting to the head of the window on the outside to finish off around the window. I have used Hippo pro 1 ultimate grab adhesive. For the power of instant stick this product made by .filltite.tembe in my opinion is fantastic and does what it says on the tube. Avaliable at all stores. And also at lots of other merchants and retail outlets.
