The man, the myth, the deviant. X

On this day in 2011 the shop opened for business. Apparently I've aged to the point where folk refuse to believe I'm only 35. The shop has won awards to the point where those categories I've been discontinued. The shop's even been on the T.V. The local press likes to demonize the area, and abuse it's namelike it's a virus to be avoided, but in my humble opinion I have never felt so surrounded and supported by a community full of caring and compassionate friends than I do here. And in these current challenging times for every small business in Aberdeen, well, that's what keeps The Tilly Butcher going. Small businesses are what makes your home town unique. Support them when and where you can.
The fact that anyone could be my boss... I think you see the fu***ng problem and why I choose to be self-employed at 21. I humbly and sincerely thank each and every one of you that's spent your HARD EARNED money with us and supported my sister and me over the past decade plus.

Diamonds are forever and so is the Tilly Butcher.

Yes, TECHNICALLY I killed the show a couple of months ago, but we got together for a yap and decided that ‘What the hell’, we’d turn on the mics for old times sake and blast out a doozie.. And let me tell you Sir/Madam/Attack Helicopter, what a doozie it is too. From murder-trained wedding guests to Mormons laughing at cancer patients.
