Pairc Historical Society

Pairc Historical Society Comunn Eachdraidh na Pairc is the local historical society for the Pairc/South Lochs area of Lewis. Our society meets on a monthly basis at Ravenspoint.

Comunn Eachdraidh na Pairc represents the people and local history of the Pairc villages including Orinsay, Lemreway, Gravir, Calbost, Marvig, Cromore, Torostay, Caversta, Garyvard, Kershader and Habost. We also have deserted villages like Steimreway which are well worth a visit. Our museum is based at Ravenspoint in Kershader and is open 6 days a week.
