PHC Entertainment Jersey.
PHC Entertainment Jersey is the idea of founder Jersey businessman Peter O'Brien. He has run successful businesses in Jersey since 2002. Peter is a musician/songwriter in his own right and has now become an Executive Producer/Partner with IPP Gateway/Flare Films, who have made an impressive mark on the UK and International film industries. They have won major acclaim for their successful cinematic releases making low budget quality films in the UK market which have been recognised worldwide.
During 2017 looking for something new and that I could get involved with as being a fan of the arts, I began looking for investment opportunities in the British film industry. After speaking to a couple of production companies, I wasn’t sure this was the investment for me. The final company I made an enquiry with was Gateway films. After speaking with head of media Jayne Brocklesby I was very intrigued. Jayne gave me a lot of time and information and this started to really excite me with what they had to offer especially their openness and honesty. After doing my due diligence I wanted to know more. I successfully invested in a number of Gateway/ Flare Films projects including Fanged Up and Once Upon a Time in London, King of Clubs. After my investment I was invited to meet the team and have lunch in London. Meeting with Jayne, Terry and Richard, I took my daughter Chloe aged 13 (who was one of the main reasons for investing as she is a budding actress) who had been in Drama Lab Jersey for 8 years. She was offered an audition for a part in a new film called the Heiress, a supernatural thriller, due out later this year.
The music I have written recorded and produced is also being considered for future projects with Gateway / Flare Films.
While working closely with Jayne on my investments, this turned out to be wonderful relationship learning about the industry and gaining more knowledge of how these projects come to fruition by going on film sets and attending Premiers.
In March 2019 at the A Million Dreams Fundraising Ball, PHC Entertainment Jersey in conjunction with IPP and Gateway Films provided a unique prize for their auction.
Peter invited Gateway’s Jayne Brocklesby, who was amazed by the talent she saw in front of them and instantly wanted to meet and the performers who provided the entertainment that evening. We are now discussing potential opportunities for auditions where we could use some of the local actors in some of the future Gateway/Flare Films projects.
PHC Entertainment is delighted now to be offering this unique opportunity to our local talented youngsters. Peter is delighted to have this chance to give something back to Jersey and starting an exciting road forward for our extremely talented stars of the future.

This is Terry's no-holds barred tale of the s*x, drugs and violence that became part of his life. He mixed with dozens of celebrities and gangsters – starting the careers of some of the world’s biggest DJ’S such as Fabio, DJ Fresh and endless others.
