Got home from another weeks shows with Uptown Girl - The Billy Joel Collection, 3 hours of life and tour admin later and I'm almost ready to go to bed. Just passed the halfway mark on this string of dates. It's been a great time working with an amazing bunch of performers and it's been great to see audiences up on their feet and loving it every night.

Last Week we opened Uptown Girl - The Billy Joel Collection in Wyvern Theatre in Swindon and took it around the country. Now I'm spending my time away sorting out some equipment and tidying up the programming ready to start week 2 tomorrow.

I've been very quiet on here over the summer, mostly because I've forgotten to take pictures at gigs but also because I've been super busy. Highlights have included a whole bunch of gigs with Rebelation including supporting the Slackers, mixing monitors at Holbeach Music & Beer Festival and my annual gig providing sound for King's Lynn & West Norfolk Pride.

Aside from the gigs I have been busy preparing for my next tour - Uptown Girl - The Billy Joel Collection with Se7ven Productions- for which I am providing all of the audio equipment. It's been an intense (and expensive) summer getting all this sorted but on Tuesday I finally put it (almost) all together. Thanks to my local venue Alive Corn Exchange for letting me set up and test it there.

Thanks to Jake at SA Touring for supplying a bunch of the kit for me and building me this perfect custom rack, couple more bits to arrive then I can finish it off and fill the gaps and it's ready to go. Jake has given me nothing but excellent advice and service the whole way through this process and I will absolutely be using SA Touring going forward.
