When you’ve got so much going on yourself but sometimes you have to put your own feelings aside for the important people in your life. I love my brother so much, even though sometimes he can be a bloody pain in my arse!! 😂

8 months of pure hell.
8 months of suffering mentally, fighting battles behind closed doors and trying to keep myself together when I felt like I was falling apart. The weight loss, the stress, the trolls, the negative comments, the threats, all while still trying to show up every single day and be there for my family.
But just look at me now!🥹
Smiling again. Living again. Finding myself again. Eating healthier, training hard, getting stronger and becoming the best version of ME, for myself and for my family.
I’m so proud of the person I’ve become through it all.

You really don’t realise how strong you are until being strong is your only option🤍

And now there’s SO much to look forward to. So many exciting things ahead, memories to make, goals to smash and a future I’m genuinely excited for!!
Here’s to healing, protecting my peace, choosing happiness and finally feeling like ME again🥹✨

After everything that was meant to break me, just look at me now 🤍
