Mamma Baby Nurturing Circle

Are you a mamma?
Are you feeling the call for connection and grounding?

If so I hold a circle where we come together as mamma's with our babies. I offer a space where we do some grounding, gentle breathing. Nervous system regulation and gentle movement.
I try to offer this session outdoors if the weather is kind to us.

I believe nature is very important to mammas and babies. It's supports us and leaves us feeling more present and connected

I offer a warm drink and sometimes a snack
We hold a sharing / listening circle and hold and support each other through motherhood.

This week's mamma nurturing circle we gathered in the trees surrounded by green and surrounded by birdsong and the sounds of the river wye oh and let's not forget the gentle breeze running through the trees and kissing our faces.

We talked about joy and what brought us joy in the following week. We talked about the importance of remembering the joy.

We nourished our bodies with a bit of self massage, remembering when we mamma's feel overwhelmed you can always come back to the body. The sensation of touch being so powerful when we need to come back to ourselves and soothe the nervous system.

Our babies explored pinecones, stones, huge green fan leaves and ferns

☀️☀️☀️☀️ HAPPY BELTANE FOR TOMORROW ☀️☀️☀️☀️

That time of year where spring is in full bloom and summer is getting closer. More energy, warmth connection. Winter is behind us and we feel hope for the longer warmer days where we have the energy to expand.

Everything we nourished in winter is growing.
The rest we had in winter is paying off

Food will be growing in our gardens 🌱🌱
Nourishing our bodies ☀️

In Motherhood maybe you are enjoying the warmth, the sunshine and longer days. Maybe you feel your energy waking up. Maybe your trying to find a balance between rest & expansion.

I hope you are all enjoying the warmth, the fire and the softness

Hello Mamma's

It's been a while since I have posted.
I have been using my energy recently with these beautiful full days of sunshine.
Running after my newly walking son
Watching the world through his precious eyes

What do you enjoy watching with your little ones?

It's truly magic watching a baby explore a new object or new flower or animal. My son loves looking at flowers and trees

I feel the heaviness of motherhood lifting after the long winter, I feel a bit more energy and abit more active.

Are you noticing any differences in motherhood as winter has left us?
