Yesterday we delivered our final large project of the year.
These screens were thoughtfully designed and handcrafted for a synagogue, with careful attention given to both function and detail.
We are particularly pleased with how the fretwork panels turned out and with the quiet elegance of the cherry and poplar combination. Designed to fold away when not in use, the screens are mounted on substantial casters to ensure ease of movement without compromising presence or elegance
Another pre-Christmas delivery done! A little kitchen hatch this time with a design to match a sunburst pattern on the back door.
This oak and maple design works really well to gently highlight the design, and then brushed aluminium hardware to match the carefully designed retro kitchen.
Just a few more jobs to go before we can have a rest… until the next project begins!!

Had a lovely couple of day out in the beautiful Cotswolds fitting this bathroom vanity unit into a very special property. We had many visits making sure that it would fit in and around all the pipes, and trim nicely in to the very undulating walls of the listed building, and thankfully it all went completely to plan!!
Designed with an organic wave pattern in burr oak running through the cabinets giving plenty of space to hide away all the bathroom essentials! And wall cabinets with doubles sided mirrored doors.

We went to go see a client from earlier in the year about a new project and caught sight of one piece we made for them previously - how amazing do these oak and glass shelves look now with the beautiful collection of ceramics in place..! And the shadows the shelves create are almost a work of art in themselves!

Sometimes the bits of wood are too nice to go to waste..! Thats certainly true of this piece of Mappa Burl, so we created this striking lamp to show off the beautiful grain and natural edge of the timber. We’ve got a wood shed full of offcuts like this, so if you fancy adding a new talking piece to your furniture collection, do let us know and we can pick the perfect piece just for you. Wouldn’t it look great as a mirror too..?!

A quick look at our new ‘Barebow’ lamp made in oak and steam bent maple. Ready for a coat of oil before heading south to be on display at which is taking place at from Wednesday 5th to Sunday 9th November.
A simple but effective job - they don’t all have to have hand cut dovetail joints, expensive inlays, and beautiful burrs - but no matter what it is we take a great deal of pride and enjoyment from every thing we make.
These three floating oak shelves have gently rounded corners, hung using strong reliable brackets. They’re designed to link to the clients existing sideboard, positioned to be just right in the space, and look a treat dressed with all her Brian Ferry memorabilia!! 👀

Today’s install was a true pleasure — a bespoke cabinet crafted from a beautiful combination of oak, maple, and burr oak. Each timber was carefully selected to bring warmth, contrast, and character to the piece. The door design draws inspiration from existing details within the home, ensuring it sits perfectly within its surroundings.
It’s always rewarding to see thoughtful design and fine craftsmanship come together — and even more so when the clients are delighted with the result.
