When delivering CPR, chest compressions need to follow a rhythm of approximately 120BPM (beats per minute).

To help our members, we’ve created a playlist on the NFWI YouTube Channel with an array of songs by female artists from across multiple decades that can all be used as a basis to time your CPR compressions. Hannah will be guiding us to create our very own eco-friendly greetings cards – a perfect way to get creative while caring for the planet. Suitable for beginners & beyond.

Well, that went well! The Village Hall was abuzz with chatter and laughter.

A HUGE thank you to everyone who came — some from far and wide — to support us and enjoy a cream tea, cakes, and lashings of tea! ☕🍰🍓
