Hannah and Matthew are both Dementia Friends through the Alzheimer's Society, helping to raise awareness and better understand the challenges faced by those living with dementia.

This St. Patrick’s Day, we are delighted to celebrate the launch of our partnership with the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation to support the hospitality industry in Ireland!🍀📗

The NIHF plays a vital role in supporting hotels and accommodation providers across Northern Ireland, helping the hospitality sector grow, represent its members and continue delivering fantastic experiences for visitors.

Through this partnership, DLT Media will be supporting NIHF member hotels with our magazine service and Digi-Hub, our QR-based digital entertainment platform. Our magazines and entertainment hub help create a welcoming and relaxing environment in lounges, lobbies and guest areas, giving them a reason to stay in their hotels a little longer and soak up loads of entertainment - from reading material to gaming on their devices.

Together, these services help hotels enhance the guest experience, reduce perceived wait times and add thoughtful touches that make a stay even more enjoyable.

We are incredibly proud to be working alongside the Northern Ireland Hotels Federation and look forward to supporting hotels across the region!

It was just World Wildlife Day, so hospitality businesses must rethink sustainability. 🌍❤️

But guest experience is part of that conversation too.

Stacks of unused newspapers and overordered magazines create waste but going fully digital can remove warmth and atmosphere.

The answer is balance.

A hybrid approach, combining curated print with digital access, helps venues reduce waste while maintaining the experience guests expect.

Sustainability does not mean removing comfort.

At DLT Media we have a fantastic team of women who are all essential to keeping this business thriving.

Someone in particular we wanted to highlight was our Client Experience Executive, Hannah Alexander.

These are just a few words to describe the energy she brings into the office. ✨

Hannah is extremely passionate about care homes, after growing up in this environment she now has a deep understanding in what care homes need to get the service they deserve.

Not only does she work hard in her professional life but she's also is a committed mother so she's never off the clock!

We asked, what are some of the biggest struggles you've faced as a woman in your professional career and how did you overcome them?

"One of the biggest challenges was being taken seriously in professional environments that can still be quite male dominated. Rather than letting that hold me back, I focused on becoming exceptionally knowledgeable in what I do and letting the quality of my work speak for itself."
