A Classic Washed G1 Ethiopia from Aricha Wubanchi.

Currently dialled in using a bloom profile. This profile essentially soaks the puck and uses the residual pressure to let coffee drip through the group a little ramp up to push the last bits through.

Doing this allows a super long contact time which actually means we can grind a tad coarser than normal and avoid any form of harsh solubles.

Using Wafo SoE Basket to increase surface area.

- At the moment, it's dialled to hit a 5bar peak @ 4mL/s.
- As soon as the pressure hits the peak, all flow rate is cut, and the residual pressure inside the group is used to let the coffee soak and drip slowly, a literal bloom!
- Once the cup reaches around 25g, there's a small ramp to 1bar @ 3mL/s to push out the last bit of water.
- Bringing the total to 40g (for milk) or 50g (for black)
