It’s 15 years ago today since the first Roll The Dice release on The Leaf Label – the Live In Gothenburg 12”. The duo of and were channelling themes of industrialisation via their analogue electronics and Rhodes piano set-up. Live In Gothenburg followed an eponymous debut album, and RTD would go on to release full length albums In Dust and Until Silence on Leaf, with further releases on their own The New Black label.

To mark the occasion, we’ve put together a CD/digital bundle of RTD’s first three albums (plus digital versions of two associated EPs) at a special price, only available on Bandcamp. Also available are the last few vinyl copies of the Live In Gothenburg EP.

In a somewhat unlikely turn of events, Matthew Bourne’s magnificent moogmemory - the record he made in tribute to his beloved Lintronics Advanced Memorymoog (LAMM), and to his friends and colleagues - turned ten this week. As far as we’re aware it is still the only album produced entirely on that incredible instrument. Rumour has it, he is working on the follow up as we speak.

We’ve unearthed a handful of test pressings of each of Bourne’s Leaf albums to mark the occasion. They’ve been signed by the man himself, and are available on his Bandcamp if you’re quick.

Craven Faults has just released the second taste of new album Sidings, in the form of a surprisingly bite sized track entitled ‘Yard Loup’.

It is accompanied by a video by Michael Connolly which you can view now with your eyes.

If you’ve spent any time over on Craven Faults’ Instagram recently, you’ll have seen something is afoot. It turns out those cryptic clues and black and white photos are a treasure hunt of sorts – leading to ten 12” vinyl records and plotting those longform Craven Faults journeys in the flesh.

While it took a little while before anyone took the bait on the first , it was eventually located about 24 hours after it was posted, and the journey up from Sheffield to Blea Moor was beautifully by the successful hunter. Since then, the next two went very quickly, within a couple of hours of the initial posts.

It’s worth following closely on Instagram if you’d like to be in with a chance finding a copy of PARCEL 315, but it seems you’re going to have to be quick off the mark.
