Travelling with ADHD can be tricky sometimes, especially solo travel. I’ve definitely come close to a meltdown once or twice! 🫠

But I’ve learnt so many tips on my adventures, that do help make things run a little more smoothly sometimes:

🎒 Preparation is definitely key - choosing the right sort of trip for you and packing lists are essential.

👩‍✈️ Asking for help too - don’t be afraid to use the aspects of special assistance that you know you’d benefit from at the airport or on board. There’s more on what and how in my article.

💆🏼 Finally, my top tip is self care. Resting, eating well, hydrating are so important - more so when you travel. But we often neglect these.
