The correct use of these bad boys haha I got this from P1 the other day, beats using a dutty sweeping brush or hand brush! Leaves that surface nice and dust free! You will see the difference on your finish. Let’s get them mono jobs tiggggght!

The things people can do with a bit of Vision!
That’s my perfect type of home right there!

The rendering is not us, but it was a 10/10 finish, the building work was done by BOWE Developments Ltd and landscaping by a company called block in Harrogate. What a job.
Credit where credit is due, this is the level we need in construction!

I said I wanted to end the year with at least one good lad on the books! Can anyone guess who it is?

I am building a solid foundation for Rendervate. We are always open to have conversations with renderers and plasterers in Leeds or surrounding, who are team players, family oriented, adults who want to work with a company that values them and gives them the same amount of commitment.

We are not desperate for any body to join our team immediately, although next year we will actively be looking to expand the team. But like I say we are open to starting new relationships with anybody that will fit our morals and ethics.

Since watching Leigh’s videos about his battle with silicosis, it’s really hit home for me.Now I don’t touch the machine or start removing old render without wearing my mask. I’ve even been on at other lads on site to make sure they’re doing the same.It’s easy to think it won’t happen to us, but seeing what Leigh’s going through is a reminder — look after your lungs, because once the damage is done there’s no going back.

🔷I met this man when I was 19 years old!

I had just started out in the plastering industry, I was doing my time served in Leeds for Rodriguez plastering.

I used to see Mark all the time at the plasterers merchants at south Leeds suppliers, if your a plasterer in Leeds you will know this place, it doesn’t exist anymore mind.

But I used to always stop and chat to him, ask him questions and advice and he was always helpful and open to helping out a young plasterer in the making!

Fast forward to now… and he is still banging it out effortlessly working smarter than harder, we are now doing projects together from time to time, doing internal and external plastering. Me showing him the new methods techniques and machines that I use effortlessly now.

Just a 20 year journey, I remember everybody who has helped me on my way wether it’s a little tip or some advice, I appreciate it all.

That’s what I aim to be to people when they look back in 20 years, the content I put out, courses I run and demo days with PRB Systems Ltd all help the next generation come through with the best advice. I hope I can make an impact on them.
