World Mental Health Day 🧡

“Behind every turban, every smile, and every journey, there may be a silent battle that nobody sees. Remember, it’s okay not to be okay. Supporting one another means standing beside each other through life’s toughest moments. Speak up, listen without judgement, and remind each other that no one has to face their struggles alone.”
