The Bulls Head East Leake review time! Just as a *disclaimer* here as I don’t wish any of my comments to damage any real life person or business they are entirely my own views and each person should always satisfy themselves whether or not they wish to use said services!
Well the bulls head East Leake is one of many very successful chain of independently owned pubs under the name of chilled pubs, all the pubs I’ve been too carry a similar theme interior with a chilled vibe! I’ve eaten here with friends with family and solo, the menu is well presented and often has different dishes on the menu which is nice to try something different, the pricing of the food is fair and it is a card only venue which is slightly annoying if you forget it but you can use Apple Pay! Back to the food depending on when you go service can be a little klunky and the manager or greeter could do with being a little more friendlier as sometimes they have come across as rude or dismissive to some of the parties I’ve been with yes it’s busy but politeness costs nothing! Some times we have eaten here and the ex*****on of the dishes have been a little sloppy and also some of the waiting staff have zero manners and are awkward when coming to speak. We have found reason to complain on multiple occasions but the owner of the company took the time to ask what was wrong and sorted out any composite we had with the upmost care and professionalism which is why we keep on coming back! Some drinks arrive at different times a coke arrives in seconds where others can be waiting a good ten minutes, additionally I’ve got a 16 month old son and you can tell some waiting staff were not used to this sort of client and put hot food and sharp knives infront of him eek! But that’s all part of learning for them I guess, as I say though on the many many times I’ve come here I mostly enjoy my visits good atmosphere and good food at good prices with great owners who take pride in their business! I rate you 7/10
