It’s been a long time I posted here but it’s been a wonderful ride and I am here to tell you all that your girl made it through the UK education system.

During the week, I celebrated my graduation from Birkbeck college with a Masters (Merit) in Environment & Sustainability.

I am happy for how far I have come and look forward to a wonderful future.

Wondering if you are alone, you are not alone sis!!!

This is my face right now, the UK weather is not doing it any good and my hormonal conditions has skyrocketed. The pimples are cooking seriously 🤣🤣🤣😂 and the hairs are sprouting everyday like GMO food..

I have been unstable with my routine and it has made some changes to my face 😁😁😁

So PCOS warriors, you are not alone..

International Women’s Day: Inspire Inclusion

My address on this day is to particularly women, the campaign theme this year is to ‘inspire inclusion’.

As women who are in positions of leadership create a path for other women to be in leadership as well.
Break the barrier and bridge the gap that prevents women to be in power.

It is often said ‘women are their own enemies’ let’s change the narrative. Do not as a woman become your fellow woman’s battle, she needs to conquer.

The next woman is neither your competitor nor your threat to success. create a safe space for mothers, wives and women in career and business.

Embrace Her
Encourage Her
Inspire Her

‘Sexism’

Few weeks ago, a guy reached out to me regarding applications. He was very cordial and the conversation was so formal.

He used words like Sir, Ok, later he got to know I was Ma, then he used words like Ma’am.

Few days later, he saw my video on my status and he asked if I was the one on the video, then I said Yes.
The conversation changed quickly from Ma’am to dear and then ‘Good morning beautiful’…

He is not the only one, who has such stereotype, and I have blocked one of them that has such prejudice & stereotypes.

If you are having a formal conversation with a lady, give the same respect that you will give to your fellow man to that woman.

Stop trying to always put women into a corner that they should have to do feminine tricks to get what they want in the corporate world.

One of my main setbacks on personal/business growth is that most men always want something in return. It takes a lot of courage to hold on to your integrity and showcase your skills or knowledge.

The corporate world is occupied with men, so it’s hard for a woman to grow without them.
If you are a man in position and see a woman that is trying to make a meaningful life, don’t hinder it by requesting for something in return.

Validate her with her skills, knowledge and experience rather than her femininity or seductive prowess.
