This year I’ve made a real effort to get out of my own head and get out there networking and it’s been such a rewarding experience – building relationships, gaining insights, making new friends, and yes, even welcoming some brilliant new clients along the way! I’m interested to catch up with familiar faces too tonight from agency days past. Going to be one full circle night I’m sure!

I’m honoured to share that I’ve become a UK Parliament ADHD Advisor for the UK Parliament ADHD Champions Committee 💜

Together, we represent thousands of voices from the ADHD community, bringing lived experience into the very heart of government.

Our role is to work alongside Parliament to make it more ADHD-friendly:

👉 Internally – supporting staff, processes, and culture with greater awareness and understanding.

👉 Externally – ensuring Parliament is more accessible and representative for the ADHD community and wider public.

I’m beyond proud to be part of this incredible group, and so excited for the change we will create together!

Not everyone gets a 1:1 with
But today, I did.

We talked about my business, Tania Gerard Digital UK, where it’s going, what it’s disrupting, and why accessible marketing and neurodiversity in business can’t be optional anymore.

Simon gave me advice I’ll be holding onto, introduced me to someone incredible (more on that soon), and signed my copy of What’s Your Dream? with a message I’ll never forget.

He doesn’t just give his time away but he gave it to me.
And that means something.

This isn’t luck. This is work, purpose, and preparation meeting the right people.

✨ I’m a FINALIST for Rising Star AND Community Champion at the Niche Business Awards 2025! ✨

When I started .co , there was no roadmap. Just a fierce vision: to make marketing more accessible and help companies become safer, more supportive spaces for neurodivergent people like me.

I didn’t know if people would get it. But I knew it mattered. Now, to be recognised like this? Feels surreal. And I’m SO here for it.

This journey’s been full of self-doubt, solo grafting, and sensory overload... but also bold ideas, late-night emails, big feelings, and an unstoppable belief that business can be a force for GOOD.

💥 Rising Star reflects the work I’ve poured into building TGD from scratch, now working with NHS, Greene King, and Swim England to make accessibility a strategic priority.

💥 Community Champion is personal. Every school, University and you g professional program I’ve supported, workshops I’ve delivered, and volunteer hours (100+ and counting!), I’ve done it with heart.

Massive thanks to the judging panel, every single person who’s supported or hired me, and to for championing purposeful businesses in the East Midlands.

Watched by my best mate Ash — from Busan, 5,600 miles away and 9 hours ahead.

When I said Accessible Marketing: A Small Shift for Big Impact was meant to travel, I didn’t expect it to go global this fast.

I did a TEDx Talk.
I still can’t quite believe it.

For years, I thought I just wasn’t cut out for marketing.
It moved too fast.
Felt too loud.
Left me completely overstimulated.

But it wasn’t me.
It was that most marketing isn’t designed for neurodivergent minds.

🎤 So I built my own framework.
One that’s slower, simpler, kinder – and works better for everyone.

I recently delivered a neurodiversity in the workplace workshop for LEAP Programme—where I got to work with brilliant early-career professionals from Dentsu, Amazon and Bicycle London.

We explored what real inclusion looks like in fast-paced, creative, and tech-driven industries—and how small shifts in communication, feedback, and leadership can make a huge difference for neurodivergent talent.
