It’s my birthday weekend and I’m turning 32! 💙

This week’s been one of those reflective ones. I’ve been thinking about how far things have come, both personally and with Tania Gerard Digital UK.

When I started this business, I had no idea where it would lead. I just put myself out there… and here we are today!

I’ve been so lucky to work with incredible brands and people who are doing bloody amazing things in their industries.

From clients who believed in me to friends who’ve cheered me on & I’m honestly so grateful for every one of you.

It’s been WILD, humbling, and emotional all at once.
Running a business as a neurodivergent founder means every win feels that bit bigger and I’m proud of how far things have come.

So here’s to turning 32, to growth, to the people who’ve supported me, and to building something that makes a difference.

Now off to celebrate with cake and cuddles with Millie 🐶💙

Still buzzing from the Nottingham Digital Summit!

It was such a pleasure to teach the audience about accessible marketing and how every company can harness the power of being truly inclusive because accessibility isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s smart business because it touches everything there is to do about marketing and that key user experience.

It’s always a good time at the Nottingham Digital Summit! Huge thanks to the amazing team at for inviting me to speak on the main stage and for helping raise funds for 🌈

Yesterday was World Mental Health Day…

…and it was a really special one. 🧡

We were invited by to deliver a keynote workshop on
- Practical Ways to Unmask Belonging and Protect Mental Wellbeing Every Day.

We talked about what belonging really means,
beyond awareness campaigns and wellbeing days and how it’s built through small, everyday actions:

💬 Clear communication
🤝 Empathy in leadership
🧠 Creating psychological safety in global teams

APCO’s values of boldness, curiosity, empathy, and inclusivity shone through every question, reflection, and conversation.
Their commitment to mental health and neuroinclusion isn’t just policy, it’s lived practice.

Next up… we’ll be hosting a Global Q&A session with APCO employees across their international offices keeping the momentum going and helping teams turn reflection into action. 🌍

At Tania Gerard Digital, our work is about making inclusion practical, accessible, and sustainable so seeing companies like APCO lead by example means a lot.

Because belonging isn’t something you design once, it’s something you practise every day.

It’s ADHD Awareness Month in the UK 💜💙
This month means a lot to me. ADHD shapes how I live and work. Some days feel light. Some feel overwhelming. If you relate, you’re not on your own.

One thing I’m excited about is the .co.uk Conference, which kicks off tomorrow, 2 October, and continues on the 3rd. It’s organised by ADHD UK (I’m proud to be an ambassador), together with , and supported by and . It’s a great space to connect and learn from people around the world who care deeply about ADHD.

Throughout October, I’ll be sharing tips and event updates to support and encourage you. I’m also opening 1:1 sessions if you’d like to talk in a calm, understanding space about ADHD at work or in life.

I FREAKING WON! 😍

I won Digital Woman of the Year 2025 at the Awards in London 💃

Still in shock tbh… this was the top award of the night with hundreds of nominations across the UK → 60 finalists → 1 winner. And your girl took it home. 🙌

This award means so much because it celebrates women making an impact in digital while navigating challenges + driving innovation.

For me, that looks like:
💪 Building one of the UK’s first consultancies for accessible marketing + neurodiversity (Tania Gerard Digital)
💪 Partnering with companies like & and now
💪 Using my voice as a speaker + .co.uk Ambassador to spark real change!

I also got to sit on a panel with the amazing & talking about how our businesses help people, such an empowering convo that reminded me why these communities matter 💖

This win isn’t just mine. It’s for every woman pushing boundaries in digital, tech, business and in themselves!💥

I’m honoured to be shortlisted for:

This year I’ve made a real effort to get out of my own head and get out there networking and it’s been such a rewarding experience – building relationships, gaining insights, making new friends, and yes, even welcoming some brilliant new clients along the way! I’m interested to catch up with familiar faces too tonight from agency days past. Going to be one full circle night I’m sure!

I’m honoured to share that I’ve become a UK Parliament ADHD Advisor for the UK Parliament ADHD Champions Committee 💜

Together, we represent thousands of voices from the ADHD community, bringing lived experience into the very heart of government.

Our role is to work alongside Parliament to make it more ADHD-friendly:

👉 Internally – supporting staff, processes, and culture with greater awareness and understanding.

👉 Externally – ensuring Parliament is more accessible and representative for the ADHD community and wider public.

I’m beyond proud to be part of this incredible group, and so excited for the change we will create together!
