• My phone addiction was worse than I thought 😅 but the force was strong and I managed to restrain myself
• Quality work doesn't require constant connectivity
• Woody and Java are excellent accountability partners!

🌙 Evening Digital Detox Time!

8PM onwards = screens off! (I usually set my phone to automatically go into do not disturb mode and silence all notifications apart from important texts or calls only) Instead of my usual evening scroll, tonight I'm:
• Reading that book series that I’m currently reading. At the moment I’m reading the Dune book series, I’m about half way through the Heretics of Dune book.
• Enjoying the smells from the candle 🕯️

Java's evening tip: Switch your phone to grayscale at 7PM - makes those apps way less tempting!

Challenge: 30 minutes of pure, uninterrupted nature time. No phones, no pics (well, except this one!), just presence.

Today I discovered:
• Birds are LOUD when you actually listen
• Nature doesn't need a filter to look amazing (even if it’s just standing in your garden!)

Woody's fun fact: Looking at nature for just 40 seconds can improve focus and productivity!
