The industry I know more than any other. Combat sports! This picture is shot at where I have full power kicks and punches flying and I will happily stand there ice cold 🥶🧊

I've been running my own clubs in Baldock, Hertford and Watford for the last 15 years and training for just over 25 years. It's been my whole life.

The downside... my body can't take it anymore. I have a life changing spinal condition that at best stops me training most weeks and at worst, stops me walking all together. With the support of my family and a little bit of help from and their supply of nature's healer 🌱 I can pretty much have a normal life.

Here's the upside... I live and breathe Martial Arts and I'm pretty good with a camera. The future for me will be documenting fighters and they journey to the ring!
