My favourite van food in one of my favourite park ups!
Quesadillas in the Yorkshire Dales. Super easy to throw together in one pan and what’s not to love?! Chicken, bbq sauce and melted cheese.

Not sure I’ve stayed anywhere with a view, in such a great place near Harrogate for only £10 a night. No extra charge for the five of us!
There’s no facilities but we are self contained anyway.

The van was always supposed to be more for my daughters than for me.
It’s ended up looking quite masculine on the outside and feminine on the inside but I wanted to add a little something for them on the exterior.

It’s been hard working on the electrics in the literally freezing weather, but the diesel heater finally works so now it’s nice and cosy in the van! Hopefully only a couple more weeks until we can take her on her first adventure!
