As an adult I have always felt so lucky to have 1 best friend in my life, the fact I now unexpectedly have 6 blows my mind and I am so, so grateful πŸ₯°πŸ₯°

*I can’t forget my side of coffee and a turmeric shot πŸ’ͺ It’s the little things 🌿

A happy, calm mind brings a happier, calmer outlook on life and everyday things and I am fully embracing it 😌 This shift in mindset is way too good to not go with it. After a good year or so of struggling with my mental health, I finally feel like me again πŸ™ŒπŸ’–
The last 6 months have been pivotal in so many ways and I am sure there is more to come ✨πŸͺ„

Would you believe me if I said I only used self-raising flour and 0% fat free Greek yogurt to make these bagel buns?
was not a fan, but I enjoyed them and cannot wait to make more to pop in the freezer for a quick breakfast as and when I fancy one πŸ’–
