When it comes to saying goodbye to a loved one, nothing compares to the timeless elegance of a horse-drawn funeral. Ruby Carriages offers dignified and memorable horse drawn carriages in the Northeast of England. We can provide you with a pair of black horses. Our horse-drawn carriages are offered with the choice of a black or white hearse.

Proud moment is this, Having Jazmine sit up top on her second ever funeral whilst I help lift the flowers on the top of the carriage. She knows how to handle the horses & how to speak to them. (I am always in full control when we have the deceased inside) but it’s good to be able to prepare Jazmine when the hearse is empty! Ruby Carriages 🥰

On behalf of a friend, She has two beautiful imported warmbloods from Denmark 🇩🇰 available.

They are both 7YO and standing at 16.2 they have been broken and produced from being unhandled babies right upto fully fledged commercial working horses. They go in the carriage in singles, pairs and as a team of 4. They have seen some of the biggest crowds and heard some of the loudest noises sadly only for sale as she is downsizing.

2️⃣0️⃣,0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ for the pair.

Would consider a close offer if genuine. Please don’t contact for these horses if you are a tyre kicker and you simply don’t have the money.

Advertising for a friend, she has a man wagon and a matching drag she would like to swap for a 3.5T self drive box.

The wagon is fully fitted out for carriage driving with a winch, ramps & space for 2 large horses. The drag traielr also has a winch fitted that runs off a battery ramp needs a little tlc but it’s only been used for keeping the hearse inside. Wagon is a great runner very reliable but needs some tlc and a MOT.

Today was one of the biggest funerals I’ve done yet, and one that made me tear up several times. Such a young loved lad took far too soon. My heart fell apart when we came into the crem and all your family & friends clapped for you.. Myself & the team at Ruby Carriages are honoured to have taken you on your last journey Fraser. RIP 🤍💛💙 them ribbons were to replicate the Husqvarna colours 🙏🏼 we really try our best to go above and beyond for family’s. Xx
