Ad - What a difference a bit of colour can make hey?! Isn’t this new oven just gorgeous!

I love how the colour has transformed the space, it looks so much more sophisticated, and most of all I love how many different elements the oven has – from the 7 burners, to the built in air fryer and slow cooker which will save my counter tops, and let’s not forget the dedicated pizza setting! I’ve been loving getting to grips with it and confirm it bakes a great cake and roasts an amazing chicken!

8 years of pumpkins with my munchkins ❤️

Accidentally wearing the same jumper as last year and we let Graham join the picture this time - usually he’s taking the photos :)

Windy day on the patch though, and the maize maze was completely flattened 😬 still we managed to find a pumpkin each and I managed to stop Rory picking individual ones for each of his cuddle toys 😅

The evolution of our kitchen from small, dated and pokey to a beautiful open space that is the heart of our home.

Let’s be real: homes take time to create and ours has taken years! We’ve been in our home 10 years this year but didn’t start renovating for 5 years so I lived with that horrible grey kitchen for a loooong time!

It’s nice to look back though and remember how far our home has come! Living in the house during the Reno was tough and we only just managed to have a working kitchen in time for Christmas - that video is Graham and his mum decorating on Christmas Eve!

Happy black cats and pumpkin season!

Time for the annual Wilson as Salem post - back when the living room was black! Could you believe I have a black living room? I did love the dark side I have to admit… and it was perfect for this seasonal shoot!

Happy October loves - I have some VERY exciting things Happening this month, a brand trip to Ibiza (pinch me moment!) and we’re taking the boys on a surprise trip to New York for half term, I can’t wait to see their faces when we wake them up and tell them, we’ve been saving up for 2 years to make it happen so it’s been a long time in the making 🥰 they’re desperate to see the ghostbusters firehouse and I am desperate to see New York in the autumn!

Not sure how I’ll fit any home decor content in between it all but I’m also making a start on decorating the boys bedrooms - they’ve decided they want separate rooms now 😥 it’ll be nice to get stuck into a project after losing my mojo a bit these past few months.

Rainbow disco pumpkins! 🎃

I had the idea to do this when someone mentioned that you could paint disco balls with glass paint but it you saw my first attempt at doing this you’ll see it didn’t go well, BUT lots of you said that alcohol inks were the way forward and I have to say I am very happy with the outcome!

Not sure what to do with them now though 😂 they will probably live here!

Well I have tried to post about 6 times this morning and instagram has glitched every time and I’ve lost everything 😭 so I’ve given up!

Here is a photo I took very quickly yesterday afternoon when the sun caught those disco pumpkins and it looked beautiful!

Have I mentioned the squirrel we feed? I was very shocked yesterday afternoon as I was working from this sofa when I looked up and he had made his way into the living room from outside!!! I gave him a fright as I squealed - hope I haven’t scared him away for good but a squirrel in the house is the last thing I need 😅😅😅

Anyway hope all of your Thursdays are lovely and less glitchy than my morning!
