Good morning Sent by ELIAS

No unbelief made him waver concerning the promise of God, but he grew strong in his faith as he gave glory to God, fully convinced that God was able to do what he had promised. Romans 4:20-21

May we be children as faithful to our good and loving heavenly Father as Abraham was. May we pursue wholeheartedly the abundant life that comes from trusting in God’s reality and nearness. And may we be greater reflections of God’s unconditional love and purpose for all those weary and burdened by the stress of doing life apart from the help of the Father.

Good morning SENT BY Elias

“Those who pay regard to vain idols forsake their hope of steadfast love.” Jonah 2:8

Often when we hear the word idolatry our minds immediately think of golden statues and other Old Testament images of false gods. The sin of idolatry is just as real and rampant today as it ever was in the days of the Old Testament. We’ve replaced golden statues with other possessions. We worship and place our hope in that which is fleeting and vain. Any time we value something above our God and his will we are engaging in idolatry. May we as God’s children have the perspective and humility to cast down anything we’ve valued above him. May we repent and receive forgiveness and healing that we might serve him alone. And may we experience his love offered to us without measure and without condition.

Dear God, thank You for the gift of this new day. Before I ask You for anything, I just want to say thank You for everything. Thank You for every promise You’ve spoken and every blessing You’ve given me. Your word in Psalm 119:65 says, “You have done many good things for me, Lord, just as You promised,” and I never want to forget that. The truth is that You’ve been faithful every single day of my life. You’ve been with me through the darkest moments I’ve faced, and You’ve been the One who has never walked away from me. My sin has been so great, but Your love is greater. Today I give You everything I’m holding onto… even the things I carried over from yesterday. I choose to be thankful, knowing that nothing I face is too big for You. Thank You for all You’re doing in my life. I put this entire day in Your hands. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Good morning SENT BY ELIAS

“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:16

An important aspect of sharing God’s heart is trusting in faith that he will use you. When you choose to live a life co-laboring with your heavenly Father you get to experience the supernatural. It’s miraculous when people choose to accept Jesus. It’s astounding when our service, compassion, and love tears down walls around people’s hearts that they might be more open to God. Don’t just live a normal life today. Allow God to use you by sharing his heart. May your day be filled with wonder and awe at your heavenly Father who uses you in mighty and powerful ways.

And walk in love, as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.”Ephesians 5:2

Live today as an act of worship to a God who’s loved you to greater depths than you could ever repay. Seek to love God in all you do, think, feel, and say. Whether interacting with a stranger, eating a meal with a friend, working, walking, or breathing, do it all for the glory of your loving Father. Allow God’s affection to be the foundation for your own. May your life satisfy the heart of God and stir up others around you to greater levels of devotion to our worthy King.

Dear God, thank You for this day, and thank You for another week. I’m so grateful to still be here, and my words can’t express that enough. Thank You for Your Word that gives me strength when I need it the most. I find hope in Your promise that says I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength. I find hope in Micah 7:7, which says, “But as for me, I watch in hope for the Lord; I wait for God my Savior; my God will hear me.” God, thank You for hearing every word that I pray. Right now, in this moment, I ask for strength to overcome everything that tries to slow me down. Keep me from making decisions that take me away from Your will. Open my eyes to see Your goodness in every part of my life. God, You are faithful, true, and greater than any problem or situation I will ever face. I give this week to You. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
