For years, I held onto anger, regrets, and old wounds. Each new year brought the same emotional baggage. But then I took time to reflect, not to criticize myself, but to gain understanding.
I asked myself:
🫟Why am I hurt?
🫟What am I holding onto?
Through reflection, I learned to let go of the things that no longer deserved a place in my future.

Self-reflection isn’t about the past — it’s about freedom. 🕊️
