I’m working to secure the rights to reprint Sam J. M. Brown’s 1917 Sketch Book of Liverpool — a stunning, long-forgotten collection of drawings that hasn’t been reprinted in over a century.

Once licensed, it will be faithfully reproduced on high-quality paper for collectors, galleries, and anyone who loves our city’s history.

This project has been a dream of mine — to create a faithful, high-quality reproduction of the iconic Victorian circus poster that inspired John Lennon’s Being for the Benefit of Mr. Kite!

It’s the perfect blend of two of my passions: Lennon’s genius and the magic of the circus.

Right now, I’m on the hunt for the best possible scan or original to work from, so it can be printed on quality paper for collectors, music fans, and art lovers alike.
