So on Saturday I was privileged to be invited to play at an exclusive day rave under a railway arch in the centre of Shrewsbury alongside a bevy of excellent DJs.
Thanks to Rob (Innerkey) and Alex (Mr. Snakes) for organising it and providing the lush Purple Moose Sound System, all the other DJs, and all the folk who came and danced in the sunshine.

Quality Tom has been mixing house music with passion and dedication for well over quarter of a century all over the UK and abroad. You’ll most likely find him playing in his natural habitat: an all-night party, club, or den of iniquity somewhere in a field at silly o’clock in the morning.

Tom keeps true to his underground roots, only playing music he loves, and preferring the more intimate gigs where the vibe is. Driving beats and funky basslines run through the heart of his house sets: deep musical journeys that can lead anywhere from progressive, tech, and tribal to jackin’, funky, nu-disco, and back again.

Always led by the crowd, with a wiggle and a grin Tom blends underground gems from way-back-when with fresh new cuts on both vinyl and digital.

Tom holds residencies at Freerotation Festival, with mid-Wales based Ymuno DJ collective, and with Buslife Collective Radio where he co-hosts a regular internet radio show ‘Double Trouble’ with DJ partner Den. He can often be found playing out in the mid-Wales/borders area where he lives, and at festivals and parties all over.
