I used to spend my days running in circles.
Starting everything.
Finishing nothing.
It left me stressed, overwhelmed, and stuck in the same loop week after week.
Then I tried something different:

• Setting small daily goals
• Using tools like Notion to plan my tasks
A few months later… everything changed.
I’m calmer.
More productive.
