REST IN PEACE.
With a heavy heart, I share that Leticia has passed away today, surrounded by her loving mum and her little son. Though her journey on this earth has ended, her courage, warmth, and beautiful spirit will continue to live on in all of us.

To everyone who supported her GoFundMe—by donating, sharing, or simply sending words of comfort—thank you. Your kindness gave Leticia and her family strength during the hardest of times.

Leticia’s story is one of love, resilience, and hope. She fought bravely, and even in her final moments, she was wrapped in the love of those who mattered most. May her life inspire us to cherish our families, spread kindness, and hold on to hope even in the darkest days.

Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 carrots, diced
2 celery stalks, chopped
1 zucchini, diced
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can diced tomatoes
4 cups vegetable broth
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (parsley, thyme) for garnish

Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic until translucent.
Add carrots, celery, zucchini, and bell pepper; cook for 5-7 minutes.
Pour in diced tomatoes and vegetable broth.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes.
Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Serve hot with bread or crackers.
