Cooking AMAZING Peri Peri Chicken With Mashed Potatoes using Air Fryer

🍗 Peri Peri Chicken Marinade:
• 1.5 kg Chicken Leg
• Salt & Pepper to taste
• Cajun Spice & Oregano
• Garlic (minced)
• Paprika
• Juice of 1 Lemon
• A drizzle of Oil

👨‍🍳 Cooking Method:
Marinate the chicken with all the spices and air fry at 190°C for 9-10 mins on each side until perfectly crispy and juicy inside.

🥔 Truffle Mash Potato:
• 1 kg Potatoes (boiled & mashed)
• 400g Double Cream
• 300g Butter
• Salt to taste
• Drizzle of Truffle Oil for that earthy flavor!

🥦 Garlic Tenderstem Broccoli:
• 500g Tenderstem Broccoli (boiled)
• Garlic Powder & Salt to taste

Crispy & Juicy Fried Chicken Wings 😋😋🤮

Ingredients
1 kg Chicken wings cut in halves
Oil for frying as per required
1 Egg

Flour Mix Recipe for Fried Chicken
Ingredients:
2 cups self raising Flour
1/2 cup corn starch
1 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder (optional)

Frying the Chicken:

Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Carefully place the coated chicken pieces into the hot oil, being careful not to overcrowd the pan.
Fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy, about 8-10 minutes .

Remove the chicken from the oil and place it on a wire rack or paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to ensure the coating remains crispy.
