I am recruiting for an individual to join my company and help me with content creation, social media management, engagement and more. The job is what you make it!

The ideal candidate is someone who is looking for a source of income during their studies or someone who has some spare time and wants to make a bit of money on the side.

Ideally, a student studying for a creative degree would be perfect, however this isn't essential as I did a degree in psychology and have a very creative job role!

The candidate needs to be a good creative writer as you will be writing copy such as captions and microblogs.

The candidate needs to know how to use Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Tiktok to a high level.

This job will have no allocated hours so you can work as you please from any location but I will be paying £75 a week and you will be managing around 3-4 accounts

An idea of your main duties will be:

- Scheduling and creating social content

- Engaging with followers on a range of platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Tiktok

As well as:

-develop creative and engaging social media strategies
-manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Tiktok, adapting content to suit different channels
-oversee, plan and deliver content across different platforms using scheduling tools such as Later, Hootsuite, or Planoly
-create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms
-develop, launch and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote the organisations brand
-form key relationships with influencers across the social media platforms
-undertake audience research
-manage and facilitate social media communities by responding to social media posts and developing discussions
-monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Instagram insights
-research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques in order to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
analyse competitor activity
-recommend improvements to increase performance
