Another 5 star review on Reedsy. It's crazy how I literally only have 5 star reviews on the platform. Not only that, but every author took the time to write something meaningful and kind about the collaboration, which they would only do if they were genuinely happy with my work.

One thing I often point out while editing is the overuse of passive voice. It can make writing feel wordy and stiff, while active voice helps your sentences flow more smoothly and makes your descriptions more vivid.

Passive voice isn’t always wrong or bad—it definitely has its place—but it tends to be less direct and concise, and it can shift the focus away from the subject 🧍‍♂️
