Hi guys

Do you know that we as Therapists deserve to be praised, supported and care too. Because we hold space for other’s pain, confusion, healing and growth, day after day. What that does to us is, take immense emotional labour, resilience, compassion and strength. Yet, most of the time Therapists are expected to be endlessly giving without acknowledgment of their own humanity or limits.
