Chocolate Fudge Cake كيك الشوكولاتة

Ingredients:

Cake Batter: : خليط الكيك

50g Cocoa Powder ٥٠ جرام شوكولاتة بودر
5 tbsp Boiling water ٥ ملاعق ماء مغلي
100g Butter ١٠٠ جرام زبدة
300g Sugar ٣٠٠ جرام سكر
3 Large Eggs ٣ بيض كبير
1 Tbsp Vanilla معلقة كبيرة فانيليا
2 Tbsp Milk ٢ ملعقة كبيرة لبن
175g Cake Flour ١٧٥ جرام دقيق للكيك
1 Tsp Baking Powder ١ ملعقة بيكينج بودر

Chocolate Sauce: :صوص الشكولاته

150g Dark Chocolate ١٥٠ جرام شوكولاته
250ml Hot Cream ٢٥٠ مل كريمة ساخنة

180°C for 25 Mins فرن درجة حرارة ١٨٠ لمدة ٢٥ دقيقة
