مجھے اس بات میں ذرہ برابر بھی شک نہیں ہے کہ امریکہ ہی کہ کہنے پر ان حرامخوروں نے عدم اعتماد کا ڈھونک رچایا، یہ بے شرم لوگ اقتدار کے لئیے کچھ بھی کرسکتے ہیں۔ اگر ان لوگوں کو عوام کی فکر ہو تی تو یہ ایک دو سال پہلے ہی عدم اعتماد لاتے، چناچہ جب سے امریکہ کا نیا سفیر آیا او مولوی صاحب سے ملاقات کی تب سے مجھے اندازہ ہوگیا تھا کہ مولوی سمیت سب بک گئے ہیں اوراب یہ حکومت مزید نہیں رہنے والی

Congratulations to all new CT appointees in upper Dir.
✅ Remember that all the appointments are done purely on merit basis. Post has been allotted to the one who is nearer to the school. Anyone who says that he has done it for you is lying and eating s**t ( as they say in Pushto 😅). Thanks to the current government policies.
✅ Teaching is a virtuous profession. Respect it and respect yourself. Unfortunately most of the existing staff in schools is corrupt, narrow minded and nepotistic. Most of them belong to a specific political group. Try to be different rather than following your senior.
✅ Never think about the salary in the first place and do not discuss it in the staff room like the old one do. Salary is important for your living. But your discussion can’t increase or decrease it. So why just waste your time, Let’s discuss the students. If your salary is not enough. Just try for a better job rather than complaining uselessly.
✅ Don’t be too emotionally attached with your students as sometimes they may disappoint you. Most of the students don’t even say hi-hello to their primary and high school teachers after they finished schooling. And in that way most of the teachers after few years don’t teach heartfully as they think it’s fruitless to do so. ✔️ Guiding and making the students good members of the society is your job. Do your job. That’s what you are paid for. Don’t care about if they say Salam to you or not in later life.
✅ if you think you deserve better. Struggle for better. That what we all have to do.

2.کچھ بھی خریدنے سے پہلے خوب سے خوب تر ریسرچ کریں، سوشل میڈیا کے مختلف پلیٹ فارم پر ایسے لوگو کو فالو کریں جو کرپٹو کے اکسپرٹ ہو، کائنز کے گراپ دیکھیں اور اس کے پیچھے ڈیولپر وغیرہ دیکھیں اور اس کے ممکنہ مستقبل کے باری میں پڑھیں
3. کبھی بھی کسی کام میں جلدی سے کام مت لیں خوا وہ کرپٹو کا میدان ہو یا کوئی اور کام، اکثر نقصان کرنے والے لوگ جلدی کرنے پر ہی اپنے آپ کو کوستے رہتے ہیں۔
