7g/a in 7 Champions League games this season. Missed a penalty and made up for it. Bukayo Saka gave a striking blow for Martinelli to finish off Madrid. Saka missed 3 months and came back even better. He is WORLD CLASS. One of the best wingers in the world. Saka is amazing...

‼️ SKELLY IS INSANE 😤

I won't say he's World Class, but Skelly did drop a World Class performance tonight. Already made a post on him, but it's right to drop another. He's had one of the best debut seasons you'll ever see. He grabbed his first PL goal against current Prem holders City and humbled Haaland, became the youngest goalscorer for England at senior international level, then just grabbed an assist against Real Madrid in the Champions League quarter-final, potentially helping us get to the Semis. What an absolute beast of a player...

Don't forget he just bodied every single Real Madrid player tonight.

‼️ MERINOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO 🤯

I won't lie, you'll see it on my story, I called for Merino to come off, he lost the ball a few times in the final third when we were on the counter, he was too slow. And I'll stand by that. But what he lacks in pace, he gains in positioning. He is always where he needs to be, even if it might take him a while to get there 🤣

8 goals for Merino this season, been playing as a striker since February and he's not disappointed.

Arsenal really beat Real Madrid 3-0 at home without a striker. We said give us Real Madrid, and this is exactly why, to show every single hater what we can really do. Now just imagine what we could do with a fully fit squad. We don't have our starting defence or attack, and we've just ripped Real Madrid apart...

Still another game to play. Need to stay focus, let's not get ahead of ourselves. But we must believe we can go all the way, we've just shown we've got the quality to get to the final. And we know we can do it. We go to Madrid and we beat them again. Then we fight until the very last second.

‼ UNDERRATED TONIGHT - LEWIS SKELLY 😳

The upper body strength of Lewis-Skelly is just unreal, I don't think you will ever see a player like him. He isn't the tallest but he is certainly one of the strongest. He was bodying every single Real Madrid player tonight, nearly bullied himself through to open up a chance for a second goal tonight... Just a superb performance.

Lewis-Skelly is an absolute baller.

He hasn't set a foot wrong since joining Arsenal, he's been our standout player for the last year and what not. He is World Class. Declan Rice is THE best midfielder in the world right now. Name any player that is better, and don't say Bellingham, because I didn't see him step up tonight.

‼ NICO WILLIAMS UPDATE 😳

According to various alleged reports, Nico Williams contract talks have stalled/ended after the players ridiculous wage demands. Nico Williams wants to be the highest earner at the club, which is currently £275,000pw (Kai Havertz). Arsenal have no problem with paying the £58m release clause but are unwilling to pay the 22yo more than the highest earner.

Some reports are suggesting talks are still moving, so take this with a pinch of salt. However, if this is true then Nico Williams is being a bit silly, there is no way at 22yo you will get £275,000pw at any club in the world. Unless you are one of the best.

‼ NEVER A PEN 🤦‍♂️

Correct me if I'm wrong, but is it not where the initial contact of a foul where the foul should be taken? If that makes sense, Skelly's contact with Harrison was outside the box, quite far outside actually. So how is it a penalty. You can clearly see Harrison is dragging skelly into the box then blatantly dives. I don't know how these poor referee decisions aren't being flagged up more.

Also, Manchester City filed a complaint against Arsenal saying we 'distort the rules to gain an unfair advantage', how petty do you have to be. We have been destroyed this season by stupid referee decisions. I think the points loss should be near double digits now. We would probably be 1 or 2 points behind Liverpool if it were not for these awful decisions.

Regardless of this, we sit second in the league. 5 points ahead of third. We have tried our best, but this season is just not ours. Everything has gone against us this season. Referee decisions, injuries, some poor performances. Just wasn't our year.
