We’re looking for an experienced Edit Producer to join the team on a brand-new series of DIY SOS

📅 Dates:
· Block 1: 6 Oct – 5 Dec 2025 (10 weeks)
· Block 2: 5 Jan – 13 Mar 2026 (10 weeks)
What We’re Looking For:
· Big primetime credits (The Traitors, Destination X)
· Documentary experience (Freddie’s Field of Dreams or similar) someone who can craft authentic, sensitive narratives.
· Strong storytelling skills with emotional heart the ability to shape stories that resonate deeply with viewers.
· Experience in hour-long factual entertainment/doc hybrids.
· Confidence working remotely while collaborating closely with offline and production teams.

This is DIY SOS is powerful storytelling, real people, life-changing transformations. You’ll be editing for maximum emotional impact while celebrating community spirit at its best.

Producer / Senior Producer – Idents Shoot (Returning Food Series)
📍 London-based (1x Night Shoot Required)
🗓 Contract: 26th August – 5 weeks
South Shore Cardiff are looking for a strong Producer (or Senior Producer) to oversee a commercial idents shoot for a much-loved returning food series.
You’ll be managing the production of high-end branded idents, so we need someone with solid on-the-ground shoot experience, able to liaise confidently with crew, clients, and talent. A background in commercials, branded content, or polished factual/food formats would be a perfect fit.
🔹 Must-Have:
Producer or Senior Producer credits on commercial/branded shoots or polished fact ent formats.
Experience managing shoots with client/agency involvement.
Available for a night shoot in London on Saturday 27th September.
Contract starts 26th August for 5 weeks.
This is a Cardiff-based production, but the shoot is London-based, so we are looking for those who can work in London for this shoot period.

South Shore are looking for an experienced Shooting Assistant Producer to join a brand new BBC Factual Entertainment series filming out of our Cardiff office.
You’ll need to have at least 2 years of AP credits, solid shooting skills, and be comfortable working on contributor-led formats. We’re keen to see experience with sensitive storylines, and an editorial instinct for capturing warm, authentic moments with contributors.
🔹 Essential:
Minimum 2 AP credits on factual entertainment series.
Confident self-shooter (Sony FS7/FX6 preferred).
Experience working with contributors on sensitive stories.
Must be South Wales based and able to work from our Cardiff office.
🔹 Contract: Starts September/October 2025 – Runs to January/February 2026.

South Shore X Vic Roye Talent are looking for an experienced Edit Producer for an exciting new BBC One Fact Ent series.
We’re after someone with strong prime-time credits (BBC1, 8pm or 9pm) who knows how to shape contributor-led stories with energy, warmth, and flair in the edit. You'll be cutting 1-hour episodes with heart and humour, so experience on series like The Apprentice, Long Lost Family, or Race Across the World would be ideal.
🔹 Essential:
Proven Edit Producer credits on prime-time BBC1 (8pm/9pm) series.
Strong Fact Ent edit experience — contributor-led.
Ability to craft engaging, character-driven stories with pace and structure.
Must be regionally based — this is a remote edit role.
