ٹرپل آر ایونٹس اینڈ مینجمنٹ کے زیرِ اہتمام برطانیہ کے شہر ایل فورڈ میں 4 اکتوبر 2025 کو سال کا سب سے بڑا شاندار شو منعقد ہوا۔

اس یادگار تقریب میں معروف برطانوی گلوکار فراز احمد، کلاسیکی پاکستانی گلوکار استاد سلامت علی خان کے نواسے شجاعت علی خان، اور دنیا بھر میں مشہور شاعر عامر امیر نے اپنی دلکش پرفارمنسز سے حاضرین کے دل جیت لیے۔

تقریب میں انسانی حقوق کے علمبردار اور سابق وفاقی وزیرِ انسانی حقوق انصار برنی بھی خصوصی طور پر موجود تھے، جنہوں نے فنکاروں اور منتظمین کی کاوشوں کو سراہا۔

Subject: Clarification Required on Contract Pricing

Dear Virgin Media Customer Service,

I am writing regarding my new broadband contract. Over the phone, I was clearly advised that the monthly cost would be £36 fixed for 24 months. However, after receiving the contract summary sheet, I noticed that the document states that the price will increase in April 2026, April 2027, and again in September 2027.

This is different from what I was told during the call. I agreed to the contract on the understanding that the price would remain £36 per month for the full 24-month period without any increases.

Could you please confirm and correct this so that my monthly cost stays at the agreed £36 for the duration of the 24-month contract?

I would appreciate your urgent clarification on this matter before I proceed further.
