Entrepreneurship is my true passion; it motivates me as it offers the opportunity to impact real change and make a difference to reach a common goal. Running my own business has honed my graphic design and software skills, which I then apply to my work as clear creative strategies. On top of that, my business has given me strong project management and business communication skills, acute business acumen and expertise in building and leading high-performance teams to bring about organizational change, innovation, and value creation. I’ve had the privilege of working in roles across multiple, diverse industries, including user experience and interface designer. I have gained unparalleled expertise in building and leading high-performance teams to stimulate transformational change, innovation, and value creation. I’m a perceptive leader, working well with design teams supporting creative strategy through digital asset design and execution, including printers, copywriters, photographers, account executives, web developers, and specialists. My expertise encompasses all aspects of digital design, product and marketing, from understanding client needs and preparing creative collateral to harness team strengths to improve company-wide performance. Furthermore, my ability to build consensus among executive teams and stakeholders to promote transparency and influence positive change has been repeatedly proven.
