Finding My Voice Screening - film written and produced by Donna Taylor. I was line producer, exec producer and IC. Such an enjoyable time in set and now the film is ready for release. Very proud to have been a part of it.

Exactly- I’ve been called a militant feminist by an S and M woman! She did not like it when I called out being beaten by your partner as abhorrent and that violence had no place in relationships between anyone. I was told I was too vanilla. I also do not agree for myself to casual hook ups (but I am married) and I would describe a great swathe of women as demisexual, where you only become sexually attracted to a person once you have a deep emotional connection with them. But as for equality, equal pay, equal opportunity , not being judged on looks alone then I’m all for that. Feminism is also thought of as anti men but personally I’m not that either.

They should also teach meditation and money management ie about taxes, interest rates, credit ratings, savings, investments, NI, utility bills, how to run a home, how to bring up a child. BASIC LIFE SKILLS.

Regram from . On from this commissioning can take so long that the commissioner changes and they cut your project a bit like gazumping. Then when a producer has a tiny budget they have to cut everyone back and outraged from Tunbridge Wells complains that you the producer are snaffling all the money and treating your crew/cast badly. It’s outrageous it’s Channel x they cry when all you are trying to do is keep the show on the road.

Done your ancestry test recently, see what your DNA is made of? Doubt you are pure white “English”. I know I have French Huguenot and Russian Jew in my family tree. There are always rotten apple immigrants as much as rotten apple British people. Immigrants need some sort of control to stop hundreds of thousands coming, true. Not sure what could ever be considered fair? Maybe only asylum seekers? they need proper assimilation and the only thing I think is they must obey English law, learn basic English before being given any papers or benefits and must not incite violence and hatred as much as British people must not. Hatred and division is not necessary.
