The Bruat Fountain in Colmar’s Champ de Mars was created by Auguste Bartholdi and inaugurated in 1864. Today, it adds history and charm to this peaceful park. 💦🌿

And standing at Place Rapp, watching the water jets rise against the backdrop of the city, was one of those simple moments where you stop thinking about where you have to go next.
You’re just there.
Taking it in.
Collecting another tiny memory from somewhere beautiful. 💦✨

Tell me this doesn’t feel like a movie scene. 🎬💦

Walking through Colmar, surrounded by charming streets and Alsatian character, then arriving at Place Rapp feels like stepping into another little chapter of the journey.

The water jets bring energy to the square while the surrounding Champ de Mars gives you space to breathe, wander, and simply enjoy the moment. 🌿✨

Maybe that’s the real luxury of travel. Not doing more, but noticing more.
