Extracts From Mazi Chinasa Nworu's Broadcast On May 28, 2024.

1. Today I am on air to further explain to our people how our 30th May remembrance will be carried out
2. I want every coordinator and principal officer to make sure they have the updated copy of the 30th May celebration prayer
3. I want every IPOB principal officer to update their copy of the 30th May prayer. Those who have not should reach out to their regional coordinators and do that immediately.
4. It is important that in the next couple of years that we get intact the chronicle of the people that died during the war and also the members of IPOB that have died
5. IPOB started making this program a national program. It was in 2014 that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB built a cenotaph in Enugu, before the agents of Nigeria government destroyed it
6. The leadership is doing everything to compile the chronicles of all those who died during this time, our comrades who fell during the Obigbo massacre, Nkpor and other places. That is why we have updated our prayer book and want every IPOB principal officer to get a copy as soon as possible.
7. Because of the massacre of Biafrans from 2014 and to 2017, IPOB instituted SIT-AT-HOME only in Biafraland to prevent the shedding of blood of Biafrans by the lawless Nigeria government.
8. Therefore, come 30th May, Biafra land will be on total lockdown. However, in diaspora, because not every country allows protest, there will be protest and symposium all across the 6 continents of the world, except United States of America. So, all IPOB in USA is allowed to celebrate through zoom meeting
9. At the end of this event, every country through their Rep must provide evidence of participation in the program. Contrary to the above information, it will become obvious that such people are working with saboteurs
10. We encourage that all IPOB families worldwide, who are yet to get a copy of the updated version of the Biafra heroes day prayers to get in touch with their continental and regional reps for that. The updated version has been edited on the orders of the IPOB Directorate of States, to encompass the sacrifices of Biafrans, IPOB members including the ESN officials who have fallen in the line of duty in defense of our land, people against fulani terrorists.
11. It is imperative to state that we are aware that many organizations have keyed into the order given by IPOB. This is important as no disrespect of any kind shall be tolerated
12. We warn every Biafran parent to desist from allowing their children to be risked during this lockdown.
We have issued and warned WAEC to desist from fixing exams on the 30th May Biafra Anniversary Day but they continue to show disdain to our warnings.
13. Buy anything you want to buy tomorrow being 29th, so that by 8 PM tomorrow in the evening everybody must have gone back to their homes. This is a stern warning statement from the Indegenous People Of Biafra, IPOB leadership. Do not say you're not warned.
14. Some of you claim you have exams, tell me the essence of partaking in any exam in Nigeria. Do not allow your child to be scapegoated by indulging in disrespectful activities. Therefore use tomorrow, 29th May, to buy everything you need. Do not be deceived by those that call IPOB a non-state actor, because IPOB is a state actor. I am equally using this opportunity to warn that if we don't have Biafra next year, then they will prepare for a bloody fight because 30th May next year will be a public holiday and Biafra will troop out enmasse to celebrate it
15. The WAEC board has been of this habit of challenging the IPOB resolve to ensure the commemoration of our fallen heroes, by fixing exams particularly on this date. We observed that this year 2024, they inconsiderately fixed Mathematics and are refusing to move this exams. But, we say to WAEC and their Exams, TO HELL WITH YOU!
Naive parents are ranting because they do not understand that, IPOB is actually trying to protect their children from any mishap on this day. The Nigeria Murderous military will go out and massacre these children just to blackmail IPOB. This is why to be on a safe side, we urge our people to heed this directive and do not put themselves, children, relatives in harm's way on this day.
From 7:00pm tomorrow MAY 29th, you are advised to have gotten every commodity needed ahead of the 30th.
16. I want to remind every IPOB member under oath to be careful. It is an oath that kills you mysteriously. Be warned!
17. I want to remind Biafrans this night that we are under oath. This oath may seem to be inactive to the gullible ones but I can assure you all that when the hands of this oath stretches to find justice, you cannot go unpunished. If you have betrayed the oath you took, I tell you you can't go unpunished.
Many of you that go against the leadership of this movement will not go unpunished.
18. I am going to read a line from the oath to help get you to ponder in your privacy. For example, the oath says, "I, Augustine Chibueze, thereby solemnly and voluntarily swear ..."
19. If by May 30th, 2025, we do not have Biafra yet as an Independent nation, it is then in the interest of the Eastern Political Stakeholders to begin to make plans to permanently and officially declare every 30th May, a national holiday across Biafraland because a time will come when 30th May, will no longer be observed by mere Sit-at-homes. Biafrans will defy all odds to storm the streets and will defend themselves if aggression comes their way.
20. Remember that in the oath it is written that if you jeopardize this struggle, it will be the end of your family. And nobody is exempted, including Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. It is the oath that kept us intact even after they wrongly concluded that once they kidnap Mazi Nnamdi Kanu it will be the end of IPOB. Regardless, this oath has strengthened us despite the desire of some unruly persons to assist the enemy. Let it be known that indiscipline will not be tolerated in IPOB and after the end of this year's 30th May celebration, things will be done differently. If you fail to fall in line, you will be left behind
21. In IPOB, this leadership must make sure that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu has all the structural support he needs. Therefore, regardless of what you think, whether it is about uniting Igbo or religion, etc., they all started from IPOB, infact from Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Therefore, insubordination and blackmail can't be tolerated. If you can't respect the IPOB leadership, and you swore that it is only Mazi Nnamdi Kanu that earned your respect; that is fine for as long as you respect yourself and to the extent that you do not go on social media to attack and tell lies about the leadership. If you go to the gutter, IPOB will show you that even though she cares, she can bite
22. The ESN will do their job. We're not enforcing the Sit-at-home but we must maintain peace and order in Biafraland. Men will be at work in case of any eventuality.
23. If many government institutions have already announced that they are cancelling all event slated for 30th May, therefore nobody should dare IPOB by wanting to be a Nigeria government hero. Parents should not allow their children to be a pawn in the lawless Nigeria government Chess game
24. WAEC must do the needful by postponing that mathematics exams they scheduled to hold on 30th May by tomorrow.
Biafran parents should not allow their children to be scapegoats against Nigerian government games.
25. Either EEDC give Biafraland light or there will be darkness and every contract will be renegotiated. That is what will happen after 30th May celebration because there can't be development without constant electricity. It is up to Emeka Offor and his Eweta Ewelu Destruction Company to sit up or be relegated to the background
26. We have numerous problems facing Biafraland.
From Economic, Political, Agricultural, Cultural and other aspects of our life. We shall commence our electrification of Biafraland right after the 30th May Biafra anniversary. Emeka Offor and his EEDC should either electrify our land or we renegotiate their operations in our land.
27. Nobody will blame the Chinese or Indians for coming here, purchasing land and farming. It is not their fault that you do not farm, even ordinary bitter leaf. It is important to engage in agro based activities and this can't be overemphasized. For those that engage in misleading young people, especially underage boys and girls, and lure them into illicit skills like HK or prostitution, they will be dealt with by IPOB. This kind of training schools MUST not be allowed in Biafraland
28. IPOB shall embark on very drastic measures that will touch every menace our people are facing. Those encouraging Yahoo, building HK centres for our youths should brace up for IPOB will come for all of you. Including those who take our women to overseas in the guise that they're providing works for them dumping them elsewhere for prostitution, we're coming for all of you.
IPOB shall change so many things. We must start to sanitize Biafraland. You can't rule when there's no order.
29. Most of IPOB coordinators in Imo state, it is better you tender your resignation. Because you want a material life, you have become a mole, an infiltrator for Hope Uzodinma. The criminals in Imo state, a syndicate that include the Nigeria military and police, are heavily invested in snatching and scrapping cars. Such people that engage in this business have depo in Mgbidi and Okigwe before proceeding to Anambra to sell people's cars. The military know all this but because of their involvement, they give security cover to them
30. IPOB can no longer condone Biafran youths to stay in Biafraland to practice and commercialize Fraudulent activities nicknamed "yahoo yahoo & HK", those things you do in Lagos and Benin can not be allowed to get foothold in Biafraland.
IPOB intelligence unit will open a criminal case and investigation against those bringing this nonsense into Biafraland, turning able-bodied youths of workable ages into tapswap, tap-tap zombies.
We are not going to allow this to proceed in our territory, otherwise the sacrifices of IPOB Movement for Biafra restoration will be in vain. How can we leave Biafra nation for this kind of future generation, if we don't do something now?
We have resolved to instill certain levels of discipline and behavioral activities in our youths, to instill the spirit of patriotism and ensure the adherence to due process towards success not fraud and criminality.
This we shall do, to avoid the enemy weaponizing these zapped minds against the people and Biafraland. We must be disciplined!
31. Aloy Ejimakor came on air to tell the world that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's case involves capital punishment. It is, therefore, wrong to allow Mazi Nnamdi Kanu to represent himself. It is the work of a lawyer to defend Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, not otherwise. Since Mazi Nnamdi Kanu is now defending himself, it means his legal defense has failed him. IPOB leadership will never accept Mazi Nnamdi Kanu defending himself. It means that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu MUST do away with these incompetent lawyers and engage lawyers that are laser focused and who can deliver
32. It is unacceptable to the leadership of IPOB that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu was allowed by his lawyers and legal team to represent himself in court before the judge, arguing while his lawyers were there. We do not support this move.
33. On the legal battle/case of the IPOB Leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, the IPOB Leadership position has been clear, that is: We Have Lost Confidence in the Nigerian Judiciary.
This position and resolve was not drawn from emotions or sentiments rather, from extensive intelligence gathering from local & intl sources. Though, the siblings of the IPOB leader blackmailed us for this position and accused the IPOB leadership of sabotage.
Today, the IPOB leader has now been entrusted with the duty of defending himself in the court, a gross anathema. But, they do not know that they are enhancing the positions of the enemy, the Nigerian government.
Our position is simple. We are not interested in this case as we have resolved to fight for the release of our leader through other conventional/unconventional means. But if his lawyers are no longer interested in defending their client in the court, they should kindly step aside for other lawyers to be employed to do so. It is not healthy for the IPOB leader to assume the duty of his defense against the Federal Government.
34. It is important to do away with emotions, but rather see the importance of investing on your land as a lot of good come through it. It is not necessary you do it on your land or in your state. If you are from Enugu, you can do it in Aba or Akwaibom or Ogoja in Crossriver state, etc. Learn to cultivate investment trait and invest in Biafraland rather than going to Maiduguri or Lagos. But, of course, when Biafrans see a development stride as is happening in Abia state, they will seek the road that leads home. As you can see, even an Israeli company is now in Abia state to invest in agriculture. I want to also use this opportunity to encourage church leaders, like Frs. Mbaka and Ebube Monso, to venture into farming and agro based activities

36. 1st Caller: Question: What will be the punishment for the companies that are threatening our people to not SIT-AT-HOME.
Answer: If such companies exist, we will like to know them after 30th May. We respected every organization: markets, transport companies, churches, government agencies, etc. Therefore, it is not possible that people will disrespect a solemn celebration as this, to remember our people killed in the world's second most egregious genocide
37. Any company or organization in Biafraland that cuts or goes on to sack Biafran workers working in their company because they obeyed the Sit-at-home order of the 30th May Biafra Day will have IPOB to contend with.
38. There's a land in Asa, Ukwa West, Abia State hijacked by a Chinese company located there where several illegal activities are carried out.
Fulani herdsmen terrorists also camped in these areas as they are being protected by the military.
This is information, and the leadership should investigate this.
39. 2nd Caller: Question: Coming to the recent launching of Biafra Television, i had assumed that we would have the BTV broadcasting on broad TV channel via satellite instead of just being on Social media, infact we were given a notion of this happening but clearly that has not been the case. Does the IPOB Leadership has a clarification in this regard? (b) how long will the IPOB Leadership continue to tolerate their exclusion on the decision making onkey issues that pertains the IPOB Leader & movement by the siblings of Our leader?
💬......First, i will love to educate our brother on how these things work. The BTV broadcast on satellite is not a farce but does not broadcast globally due to obvious limitations. We acknowledge and have over time made public the difficulties the IPOB movement faces in our goal of mounting broadcast of our radio, TV on more encompassing satellites. In America we were rejected by many countries even religious satellite providers, they refused to carry the Biafra message, and we also remember the Isreal company incident. So far, it is one of those countries [name withheld] who some of us has been recruited to hate, is the country that has obliged us. So, we encourage our people to volunteer and do more via opening certain social media platforms to promote the Biafra message. Open YouTube channels and broadcast Biafra message, it will also go a long way.

The IPOB Leadership is more focused and anticipated of more serious issues and thus, willl not allow ourselves be distracted by backbitings. The western powers in collaboration with the Nigerian government are way very sophisticated and are not done in deploying machinations against the Biafra struggle even when Biafra becomes a nation. We know the antecedents of the past and their modus operandi and we are more interested in enhancing our strategic deterrence and capabilities to resist future attacks that we are sure of its coming. We know that even when Biafra becomes a nation, that is when pseudo opposition will spring up and weaponised against the new Biafra nation. New, overt coordinated attempts of destabilization will unleashed against the Biafra nation. Both by the west who are hellbent on the resources in our territory as well as the Fulani sokoto caliphate. They will sponsor agent provocateurs to secure their nefarious interests for them. We are more interested to build our capabilities in anticipation not to be drawn down ignorable distractions.
40. 3rd Caller: Question: We know that the Nigerian Military currently occupies Biafraland through various Military checkpoints. How is will affect the already 30th May Biafra Heroes day Commemoration?
💬.....We have tweeted and written to the Nigerian military to respect themselves as Biafrans honors their dead, whom were brutally murdered on various uncountable occasions by the Nigerian armed forces.
And, this is why we talk to our people to listen to IPOB and stay in their homes on this day, the military will not go about dragging our people out of their homes. Although, we know that they may deploy their agent provocateurs to capitalize on this and go for kidnapping some people but we assure you that, as long as we stay in our homes. We are more safer. As said before the ESN will be deployed not to enforce sit-at-home but to maintain law and order.
In the spirit of the Biafra heroes commemoration, this is also an opportunity for the survivors and veterans to open and tell the story of the horror they went through, instead of internalizing it with aim of trying to "protect us". This is so plans will be made to avert the repetition of history. The possibility of repetition is high giving the level of animosity against Biafrans demonstrated by the rest of Nigerians. We encourage them to tell us the story. Ka ọzọ ghara ime [that it may not repeat itself]
41. The issue of Fulani herdsmen terrorists and ESN is likened to the inalienability of our existence. ESN will continue to do their job.
The Fulani herdsmen association had a meeting in a mosque in Anambra where they bitterly discussed how they need to sponsor the military to go after ESN operatives. I know they'll be surprised we know but they should understand that IPOB intelligence team are everywhere and every thing they're planning are in our hands.
Again, those who invite Fulani herdsmen and the military into our land should brace up for us when we visit them. Arthur Eze and his likes who use cattle markets and ranches to bring Fulani herdsmen into Biafraland should wait for IPOB. We are coming for all of you. Be you governors, politicians and individuals.
We are strategically confronting and dismantling all the Fulani herdsmen outposts and frustrating their infiltration into our land. So that the sectors where they cause food insecurity are solved.
This is Biafraland, IPOB is in charge of anything that concerns our people and we'll not sit by and watch the enemies destroy our people and land. IPOB is in charge.

43. 5th Caller: Question: is it not ideal that the updated version of the Biafra heroes day prayers be shared broadly for Biafrans instead of limiting it only through the IPOB families? (b) is it really expected of religious leaders to que in the IPOB agricultural revolution agenda, will they really oblige?
💬.....Well, the prayer session ọf the Biafra heroes day is more of the ritual aspect of the commemoration, which is why the IPOB Leadership has resolved to not allow its escalation all over social media or accessible to all and Sundry. However, those who are insistent can try and see if they can locate IPOB coordinators in their vicinity to partake.

They say, the only thing that is constant in life is change and those who did not change their minds cannot change anything. The reason why, we are insistent on the role of religious leaders in encouraging our people towards agricultural revolution on Biafraland is because we know that they have the fanbase to help achieve this. We know that because of the campaigns the IPOB media have done over the years, religious indoctrination are drastically reducing in our land. Hence, it is also their responsibility to encourage hardwork for success and this also includes hardwork to attain food sufficiency individually and collectively. They don't have to do it on camera but they can call meetings in private to encourage this agenda. We want to have celebrity agriculturalists in Biafraland, people who take pride and made wealth through engagements in agriculture and farming. This is a task that must be done.
44. IPOB will not enforce the sit at home order in Biafraland.
In case of any eventuality where someone is shot or embarrassed by the Nigerian government agents who will be recruited to blackmail IPOB, Biafrans should understand that IPOB is not going to enforce the Sit-at-home order.
Everyone should and must stay at home to avoid being victims to Nigerian government agent provocateurs who will be used to blackmail IPOB.

I will be mentioning names and publish those who are sabotaging our efforts, who use our names, and some privy information to blackmail the leadership. Using IPOB name and struggle to make money, endangering our people, all of you must be exposed this year. From now on as we continue, we will expose all of you. Remember we're all under oath.
If you think you can come and poke on us and go scot free, no way, we'll rather poke you and expose you to the public to judge you.
People have died for this cause and anybody doing anything to sabotage this struggle will be severely punished. A hero is he that fights and survives to tell the story. Ojukwu didn't win the war, but he is part of our history. We respect them and we must honour them all.
It is time we must be careful. Our people must be very careful. Many of you fail and fall, but when corrected you become arrogant and egoistic. That's how they keep defrauding you. They told you in 150 days Biafra is restored, that a Referendum is conducted after 3 Months and you sheepishly agree to these tendencies aimed at mocking the Biafra Restoration project.
Most of you don't learn anything, even those in the diaspora misbehave with their dirty characters.
I'm telling our people tonight, be seriously active in the struggle. Many of you have left the Media works for other comrades and backslided.
We have seen enough from IPOB South Africa. We have information that IPOB SA should have helped us but we can't trust them due to their mischievous attitudes. After 30th May, we shall take actions for those in South Africa and Biafrans should be ready to take it from the leadership.
