Over the past year, I’ve deepened my understanding of what I truly love about filmmaking, which goes far beyond simply documenting the events of the day.
For me, building a genuine connection with each couple is paramount. Taking the time to learn about their personalities, their stories, and their unique bond is essential to crafting a meaningful film that reflects who they are, not just their schedule.
I’ve also focused on capturing more than just the surface-level moments, paying close attention to the subtle, meaningful interactions and emotions that often go unnoticed. It’s about being mindful of the moments that truly matter, rather than just going through the motions.
Finally, I’ve embraced the importance of individuality in my work. Drawing inspiration from the incredible talent within the industry has motivated me to carve out my own creative style. I’m proud to say that I’ve finally found my voice, and it feels great to see my vision come to life.
